Margaret Irene (Maggie)
October 29, 1925 to December 8, 2007
Maggie passed away peacefully on December 8th at Ocean View ECU St. Joseph’s Hospital in Comox. Predeceased by husband, Ralph, sisters Dorothy, Murial and brother Daryl. Survived by daughters Pauline, Shirley and Valerie; grandchildren Nicole, Kim, Megan and C.J.; great grandchildren, Kaleela and Jordan; nieces, Kaye and Patricia; nephew John.
Maggie was born in Cumberland to Hazel and Andrew Thomson. Over the years, Maggie has resided in Vancouver, Roberts Creek, Bralorne and Nanaimo. A member of Nanaimo Legion Branch #10, she enjoyed volunteering. Maggie always remembered the friends she made and had many fond memories.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph’s General Hospital. A service will be held in Spring 2008 for Maggie to be laid to rest with her beloved mother and sisters in Nanaimo.
