COMMINS - Norma Margaret (nee Bentley) Born December 31, 1924, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital on Friday, February 25, 2011.
Predeceased by her daughter Susan, granddaughter Leigh and husband Harold, she is survived and will be lovingly missed by son William R. Commins (Elaine Thompson) - daughter Kaelene Thompson; former wife Susan Commins - daughter Heather - son Iain; her son David E.Commins (Margaret) - daughter Laura - sons Grant and Brett as well as her great grandchildren Aiden and Danika.
Norma always had a kind word and chose to see the best in everyone. She will be dearly, missed by her family and many friends.
As per her wish, a celebration of life will take place on Wednesday, March 2nd at 1:30PM at Comox Valley Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre, 1101 Ryan Road, with refreshments to follow in "The Garden Room" of the funeral home.
