Corrigall, Pamela Mary
Pamela passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on July 3, 2003. Pam was born in London, Ontario on October 2, 1929. She was raised on a farm in Lazo. She married Dave Corrigall in August 1945 and they raised 7 children in and around the Comox Valley. Pam is survived by John and Kathy, Julie and Jim, Gord and Judi, Mike, Kerry, Pat and Fred, Rick and Rose, 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her foster brothers Doug and Donald Goodale. She is predeceased by her parents George and Leila Chappelle, her loving husband Dave and her granddaughter Catherine. Pam was an active member of the Canadian Daughters and Pythian Sisters and a past member of the Kennetts and Hospital Auxiliary. She enjoyed many camping trips with her motorhome, was a very family oriented person and enjoyed camping with her family at Lower Campbell Lake. She had memorable winters in Hawaii. A Memorial Service in celebration of Pam’s life will be held at COMOX VALLEY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 1101 RYAN ROAD on Wednesday, July 9 at 1:30 p.m. with Mr. Lawrence Burns officiating. Interment at Courtenay Civic Cemetery. Refreshments and fellowship to follow at Lower Native Sons Hall. Everyone welcome.
