Died peacefully in hospital after a sudden illness on May 28, 2015 at the age of 90 years.
Survived by Helen, his loving wife of 64 years and by daughters Sharon (Hugh), Gayle (Raymond), Susan (Ronald), son Brian (Gwyneth); by 12 grandchildren: Rob, Alison, Amy, Ashley Purvis; Jill and Mark Taylor; Jon, Alan, Lynn and Robyn Marcotte; Jason and Nadine Pickard; by nine great grandchildren; and by extended families. Predeceased by grandson Riley Purvis.
At Bob’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral. The family will assemble at a later date to celebrate his life.
