September 19, 1980 - September 14, 2018
With tired crying eyes and great sadness, we announce the passing of Stephanie Cullum on September the 14th, 2018 at North Island Hospital, Comox Valley. She is predeceased by her father, Ernie Niedermeiser. Stephanie is survived by her husband Darren Cullum and their two children Eva (4yrs) and Mia (23 mo.), her mother Flora Anna Niedermeiser, in-laws David and Gina Cullum, her Oma and Opa, her brother Rudy (Christie), sister Mindy (Kris), brothers-in-law Jason (Gerry-Dale) Cullum, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Stephanie worked at CLBC in Campbell River as a Supported Childhood Program Coordinator. She also taught pre-school in Port Hardy.
She loved people, walks in the woods, gardening, garage sales, she loved finding a good deal. She enjoyed skiing and being outdoors. She was a fighter to the end and put up a courageous battle with cancer. Stephanie was full of energy and had a smile that would light up a room. She was very caring and nurturing to others. Stephanie loved spending time with her family just puttering around the yard and house. The most important thing for Stephanie was her two precious little girls, Eva and Mia.
She is now an Angel watching over all of us.
A Celebration of Life for Stephanie will be held on November 10, 2018 at Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community, 399 Clubhouse Dr. Courtenay, from 1 - 4 pm.
