Terry Darrol Craik of Okotoks, Alberta, beloved partner of Lori Joanne Freeman (Lori Jo), was fatally injured alongside Lori Jo in a motorcycle accident on August 17, 2017.

He was born June 1, 1962, the son of Elsien and Darrol Craik and is survived by his son Wesley, sister Robin (Murray Rosen), three children, Jon, Michelle and David Crimmins, and two grandsons, Oliver and Hudson.

He graduated from Lord Beaverbrook High School in 1980 and was a certified elevator safety codes officer (working with AEDARSA) and had many years of experience within that industry.

He was an accomplished designer and builder of specialized motorcycles and spent seven years competing at the Bonnevillle Salt Flats in his attempt to break the land speed record on his self-built bike. Terry recently found love and joy with Lori Jo. Described by his family as a pillar of patience, kindness, tolerance, and love, he will be missed deeply by everyone whose life he touched.

A celebration of Terry’s and Lori Jo’s lives will be held at the Red Deer Lake Community Center Hall (178136-112 Street, Calgary) on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.

Please, no flowers – memorial tributes may be made directly to One Broken Biker Society  www.onebrokenbiker.org or the Calgary Humane Society  www.calgaryhumane.ca.
