Viola Vivian Kiertsead passed away peacefully on April 3, 2018 at the age of 99 years.
She was predeceased by her loving husband and dear companion John Theodore Kierstead Sr. Vivian is survived by her three children, son Ted (Diane) Kierstead of Point Edward, Ontario; son Noel (Elaine) Kierstead of Brampton, Ontario; and daughter Carol (Neil) Garvie of Comox, BC.
Vivian loved her eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren with pride. Vivian will be missed, and will be remembered by all who knew her gentle way-of-being. Every day of her 99 years was precious to her. The family Thanks the Comox Valley Seniors Village Staff Members and Nursing Care in making her feel welcome and loved for the last four years.
