William “Bill” George Morris passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Comox on July 21, 2014. Bill was born in Cumberland, B.C. on July 28, 1928. He was a Lieutenant Commander in the Royal Navy and a member of the Naval Club – RNVR Officers Association. Later he worked for the Alberta Government as a civil servant and for Esso. His best friend and companion was his dog, Rex. Bill was a quiet, reserved man and a lifelong bachelor. Private cremation arrangements.
