In loving memory ~
Brent passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 59 in Courtenay, BC.
Born in Lachine, Quebec, Brent moved to BC in the 90's to be closer to the ocean. The water called him from a young age and he was most at peace when he was sailing and fishing.
Cherished son of Harry Martell and the late Jean Falconer Martell and special brother to Janet Flaherty (David). Leaving behind his nephew, Liam, who was the light of his life. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Special thanks to his friend Ivan Whitelaw, Dr. Cortez and to all the staff of North Island Hospital for the care and support Brent received throughout his illness.
Brent will be laid to rest at a private family gathering at Mount Royal Cemetery (Montreal, Quebec).
