Recently both local newspapers ran stories about the issuing of 2012 property assessments.
The headline was that there was no significant change.
Excuse me.
My assessment went down $41,000, a drop of 12 per cent. Everybody I talk to who owns a house says their assessment is much lower than 2011. Where are you people getting your information from?
