This is an open letter to St. Joseph’s Hospital regarding my first operational experience in the Valley and B.C.
What support, kindness, consideration and professionalism.
From the admittance desk, to the pre-operational preparation, to the actual day surgery, and finally the recovery room, every aid, nurse, physician and surgeon was both respectful and reassuring in their manner and communication.
I was more than pleasantly surprised and impressed with the exceptional quality of care that I encountered. Because of this positive experience, I am sure that my healthy recovery was due to their warmth and genuine care and attention.
