We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Comox Valley Hospital.
Our nephew was visiting us for Christmas and became seriously ill. His care from the call to 911 to his discharge almost two weeks later was nothing short of incredible. Comox Valley Fire Department, BC Ambulance, Emergency Department and third-floor Unit A afforded him the highest level of care.
We are so very grateful to the doctors, nurses and all the hospital staff for their efforts to ensure his recovery and allowing us to bring him home. Given the negativity surrounding our current health-care system, our experience was nothing but positive. Our community is very fortunate to have such an amazing hospital.
Once again, a big shout-out to all the wonderful staff and volunteers at CVH.
