Dear editor,
The new construction on 5th St is a disaster. We have curiously watched this developing mistake for months. There seems to be lots of room for new plants, leaving the road so narrow that 2 vehicles hardly have enough room to pass each other. Half of the newly planted greenery would have been sufficient. The first accident will happen soon enough. What were the engineers thinking?
