Dear editor,
How hypocritical of Christy Clark’s so-called Liberals, bashing social services, education, and on and on, on all financial fronts, not long after giving themselves a nice 19 or 20 per cent raise. Docking teachers for time spent being locked out or on the line might set a nice precedent. How much time has our “government” spent in the Legislature, working? Maybe 35 days, give or take, and at what cost?
Let us pay them on performance. Think of the programs (ie: education, medical, social services) that could easily be fully funded on the money saved! The successful parasite does not kill its host. Our politicians could learn from them.
