Yes it is time to move the air park! The area has built up considerably. It is no longer a safe place for an airport. The recent crash on Dyke Road highlights this perfectly. Redevelop it. Include some more park space and housing. Tighten up the downtown living area, and enhance its community friendly environment! Also need to consider rezoning and redevelopment along Fitzgerald. The road is already wide enough for four lanes, got to get away from endless hack and slash expansion development. That is destroying what makes this Valley so desirable in the first place!
