Cumberland Coal Hills track holds practices Monday, racing Saturday

 

 

 

The 2012 Coal Hills BMX season is winding down with only four races remaining in the exciting year.

This past Saturday 11 motos of 36 local riders and out-of-town racers went hard and had a fun day at the track in Cumberland. There were seven Strider and Half-Trackers out and their ages went from 3-6. Eban Craig took the first overall spot and Sasha Woldnik took the Strider class.

The rest of the winners on this day were:

10 Girls - Addicus Bird, 26-30 Cruiser - Andrew Templar, 6 Novice - Lukasz Kuzma, 6  Inter - Sean Queenan, 7 Novice - Cole Bernard, 8 Inter - Jack "Jelly Bean" Christian, 9 Novice - Blake Stewart, 9 Expert - Quinn "Nitro" Webber, 11 Expert - Aiden "Animal" Webber, 15 Expert - Zack"Spinny Gears" Fieret.

If you are interested in trying BMX come out and watch gate practice Monday 6 p.m. and racing is Saturdays with sign-up 10 a.m. for racing at 11 a.m.
