Chimo Gymnastics athletes amassed 35 medals at the recent Orca Invitational in Duncan.

Chimo Gymnastics athletes collected 35 medals at the recent Orca Invitational in Duncan.

Taelyn Stuve, Brynn Johnston and Jade Blouin-Comeau all earned the coveted first all-round gold medal. Coming a close second with silver all-rounds were Brealyn Terragni, Malaiah Ceria and Taylor Paquette-Parker.

In total Chimo athletes earned 12 gold, 15 silver and eight bronze medals. Head coach Toni Vance attributes such good results to the dedication of the club's athletes and the teamwork of coaches Ford White, Saskia Berndt and Trevor Nagy.
