Comox Valley’s Camryn Curts of the Thompson Rivers University women’s soccer team made history Friday by scoring the first-ever regular season goal against the UBC Thunderbirds.

The midfielder scored her second goal of the year in the second half of the game — which UBC won 2-1.

Saturday in Kamloops, the WolfPack lost 1-0 to the UVic Vikes.

TRU’s record drops to 1-6-3. They next play the UBCO Heat, Oct. 10 in Kelowna.
