On Feb. 1 and 2, the joint senior girls basketball team comprised of école Au-coeur-de-l’île (ACDI) and Highland Secondary players hosted an invitational basketball tournament.
The tournament included 4 other teams: Ucluelet, Dover Bay, Carihi (Campbell River) and Glenlyon Norfolk School.
In a unique ending where three teams tied for first on points, the ACDI-Highland team won the tournament, having accumulated the least amount of fouls.
Carihi was second and Dover Bay third.
