The 2011 Pacific Region Men’s/Women’s Hockey Championship is being hosted by 19 Wing Comox.
The event runs Jan. 12 to 14, with all games at Glacier Gardens Arena. Admission is free and spectators are welcome. Teams from 19 Wing and CFB Esquimalt will compete in a best-of-three format.
Opening ceremonies go at 1:25 p.m. Jan. 12 with the first women’s game at 2 p.m. and the first men’s game at 4:30 p.m. On Jan. 13 the women play game two at 2 p.m. followed by the men’s second game at 4:30 p.m.
If necessary, third and deciding games would be played Jan. 14, with the women on the ice at 9 a.m. followed by the men at 12:45 p.m.
