The call is out to 14-to 18-year-olds to register for the 29th annual Royal LePage Comox Valley Snow to Surf Adventure Relay Race.
Teams consist of nine athletes who race from the summit of Mount Washington to Comox Marina Park. Race legs include alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, running, mountain biking, kayaking, road cycling and canoeing. Gather up your friends and register before the early-bird cut off of Feb. 28.
The adult teams are filling up rapidly with 150 paid teams registered. There are only 25 adult spots left. Adult entry fees before Feb. 28 are $423 and will increase to $513 up to race day. Junior teams are $270 before Feb. 28 and will increase to $342 up to race day.
Race day is set for May 1 at 9:15 a.m.
