WEB POLL: Should certain Nautical Days events be cancelled for the sake of T073B?

Dragon boat festival and fireworks display both scheduled for this weekend

The transient orca T073B seems to have adopted the Comox Marina as its new home. The August long weekend also happens to be one of the busiest weekends of the year in and around the Comox Marina, with the Nautical Days festivities.

Among the activities scheduled are the 16th Annual Victor Simonson Dragon Boat Races, all day Sunday, and the weekend finale, the Quality Foods Festival of Lights Fireworks Extravaganza, Monday evening.
