Kevin Forsyth

I joined Black Press Media in 2022 after completing a diploma in digital journalism at Lethbridge College. Parksville city council, the arts and education are among my news beats.

Before pursuing a career in media I studied at the University of Saskatchewan in my home town of Saskatoon and earned a Bachelor’s degree in anthropology in 2014.

As a lifelong learner, I enjoy experiencing new cultures and have traveled and worked in countries including China, Australia and Mexico. Vancouver Island has been my home since 2020.
