Ennis to speak at CV Paddlers Club meeting

Tim Ennis is the Oct. 4 speaker for the Comox Valley Paddlers Club.

Ennis is a conservation biologist who serves as president of the Cumberland-based Latitude Conservation Solutions Company. He has over 20 years of experience working to protect and restore biodiversity in B.C. He also volunteers on the board of directors of the Comox Valley Project Watershed Society.

Ennis will be speaking about the KusKusSum restoration project.

The CV Paddlers Club meets the first Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Lions Den in Comox. The meetings and the club are open to all types of paddlers, age 18 and over, regardless of skill level.

The Lion’s Den is located at 1729 Comox Ave., below the Pearl Ellis Gallery.
