Slate set for KFN election

The slate of candidates is set for the upcoming election of K’ómoks First Nation council.

Rob Everson — who replaced Ernie Hardy as chief councillor in the last election — has again forwarded his name for the top position. His lone opponent is Stewart Hardy.

Running for three council seats are incumbents Barbara Mitchell, Kenneth Price and Melissa Quocksister, along with Joshua Frank, Katherine Frank and Bernadette Savoie.

The election is Jan. 4.
