Renowned Comox Valley singer/songwriter, artist, poet and author Mary Murphy has created a series of instructional/educational videos aimed at helping writers.
Her ‘Gift Of Words’ series covers various issues writers may come across.
On March 20, she released Part 1 of ‘Character Development.’
‘Character Development, Part 2’ launched on March 26.

This 20-minute video involves taking characters from Part 1 and inserting them into a scenario.
She will also explain how to thread seemingly different ideas into one storyline.
There will also be a segment on the importance of properly researching your storyline.
Character Development, Part 2 is the third video overall in the Gift Of Words series.
The first video, released on March 13, covered procrastination.
