Passed away on April 2, 2024, at the Comox Valley Hospital. He was born in Regina, Saskatchewan on May 12, 1930.
Tony moved to the Comox Valley in 1959 to be near his family and help in the family Grocery store (Cliffe Ave. Grocer). He lived a quiet life.
Tony enjoyed the Evergreen Seniors in Courtenay where he frequented and volunteered until he was unable to drive. He was known to enjoy carpet bowling and a good game of crib.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Views and Care Aids, Nurses and Doctors of the Hospital who took great care of Tony.
He was predeceased by father Adolph, mother Anna, sister Delores and brother in law Paul.
He is survived by nephew Phil Vallee, niece Marni Rye (Dennis), great nieces; Jessica (Greg), Denise (Colton) and their children Rogen and Piper.
