With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our loving mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother. She is now with her devoted husband, Don, who took the journey April 11, 2005.
Memories of her will be forever cherished by sons: Don (Leni), Wayne (Brenda) and Bruce (Donna); siblings: Vera (Gene) Didier, Al Waugh, Mildred (Alf) Downing, and Ken (Betty) Waugh; grandchildren: Larry, Jim (Nancy), Doug (Karen) Nickason, Tina Corsie; great-grandchildren: Jacob, Grace, Brandon & Kayla; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Edna was a devoted mother, caring and compassionate, always had a smile and a story to tell. She had a passion for writing beautiful letters, doing needle work, listening to country music, travelling and picture taking. She enjoyed her friends and neighbors who were there for her since moving to the Valley.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. McNie, the staff on the 3rd floor and ECU at St. Joseph’s and friends and neighbors who supported and cared for Mom.
