Ethel Wilson, a loving and devoted wife and mother, passed away on Feb 15, 2008 at the age of 80. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters Moira (Danny) White of Courtenay, Betty (John) Hamstra of Campbell River and son Ken (Ella) of Powell River. She was predeceased by her husband of 53 years William (Bob) Wilson, her brother Tommy McElvogue and sister Edna Watt and Peggy McKinney. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters Nancy Noone of California, Lily Major of Northern Ireland and brother Robert McElvogue of Northern Ireland as well as 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren. Also left to mourn her are nephews Alan (Ann) Major of Campbell River, David (Christie) Noone of California and many more relative’s in Ireland. No service will be held by request of Ethel Wilson. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Children’s Hospital.
