Helen died peacefully on Friday, December 17, 2004 with her children by her side. She was predeceased by her husband David Cook in 1987. Helen is survived by her children: Cheryl, Jeff (Heather), and Jim (Val); grandchildren: David, Greg, and Kevin; great-grandchildren: Micaela and Ciarra; brothers: John (Dawn), Ron (Judy), and Vern (Mary).
We cherish the wonderful
memories she has given us.
