Joe passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital on April 5, 2004 at the age of 78 due to kidney failure.
He is survived by and sadly missed by Edith, his loving wife of 51 years and 6 children: Alvilda (Jack), Maxine (Bud), Glenda (Ray), Donna (Mark), Ron (Kelli), Joanne (Dick). He was a wonderful grandfather to his 9 grandchildren: Tammy, Chris, Jason, Kyle, Miranda, Travis, Jolene, J.D., and David and 5 greatgrandchildren: Katelyn, Logan, Sierra, Samantha and Keiana.
Also left to mourn him are 3 brothers, 5 sisters, and many special friends and neighbours. He was predeceased by his youngest son, Bernie, 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
Joe was an avid gardener, jack-of-all-trades and loved to spend time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
