New classes add interest to dressage event

The Courtenay CADORA Summer Show, Aug. 13 at the Comox Valley Fairgrounds, was a success for all riders and spectators.

Vancouver Island judge Monique Fraser went above and beyond in her supportive marking of the individual tests. Her welcome comments helped many riders to improve results on a second ride.

Many entrants came from out of town.

The addition of Western Dressage classes attracted some new faces and greater interest in this side of the sport.
